Even though the Nexus 6 is more expensive than any of its predecessors, Google is betting on a different strategy to sell more Nexus smartphones this year, and that’s partnering up with various mobile operators around the world, including many U.S. carriers that can sell the handset for a subsidized price. Joining AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile is U.S. Cellular, which is currently taking orders for both the 32GB and 64GB versions of the handset, with both of them being priced cheaper than elsewhere.
