Time Warner Cable out-Comcasts Comcast, calls customer a ‘c**t’ in letter
Time Warner Cable has been jealously watching Comcast soak up all the bad press and now it’s doing something about it. Ars Technica reports that Time Warner Cable customer Esperanza Martinez was horrified when she received a letter from TWC recently in which the company referred to her as “C**t Martinez.”

High-resolution photos show the gear atop Apple’s mystery van
Less than a week ago, we were unconvinced by the rumors of Apple developing its own car, but it’s impossible to ignore the mounting evidence.

How Lenovo single-handedly lit its reputation on fire this week
We’ve seen plenty of companies score own goals over the years, but this one is still quite a doozy. PCWorld reports that security researchers recently discovered that Lenovo has been shipping its new computers with man-in-the-middle adware installed that hijacks HTTPS traffic to inject its own ads onto encrypted sites.

Terrifying video shows teenagers climbing a Hong Kong skyscraper with no safety gear
This should obviously go without saying, but do not try this at home… or anywhere else, for that matter. 19-year-old Russian daredevil photographer Alexander Remnev has made a habit of scaling tall buildings and other structures in an effort to capture captivating photos and videos, and a skyscraper in Hong Kong is the site of his latest conquest.
Along with two of his friends, Remnov recently made it to the top of The Centre tower in Hong Kong, and he has the terrifying video footage to prove it.

A closer look at the team working on Apple’s rumored car project
Whether or not you believe Apple has plans to enter the car business, it’s getting increasingly hard to ignore the vast number of notable auto-related hires the company has made in recent months. Indeed, we recently reported that Apple now finds itself subject to a lawsuit for poaching 5 Ph.D scientists from A123 Systems, a company specializing in advanced car battery technologies.
And just last week, the Financial Times reported that Apple recently hired Johann Jungwirth, the former CEO and President of Mercedes-Benz’s Research and Development wing. What’s more, a recent report from The Wall Street Journal indicated that Apple now has hundreds of employees working on an electric car initiative.

Windows 8 vs. Windows 10: The biggest features Microsoft axed for its new OS
