Samsung takes on the iPhone 6 Plus with a ridiculously slim new metal phone
Samsung was relatively quiet on the mobile front at CES this year, but now that the event is over, the endless string of releases can resume. The company took to its blog on Sunday to announce the latest of its A-series devices, the Galaxy A7.
Much like the A3 and A5 before it, the A7 will feature a premium metal body and a design that looks strikingly similar to thta of another popular vendor’s flagship device.

Longtime Android fan switches to the iPhone 6 and ‘instantly’ regrets it
We always love reading about what happens when fans of one platform switch to another and our latest example comes to us from Ernest Oppetit, a product manager for marketing consultants QuBit Group who recently wrote about his experiences switching from Android to iOS on Medium. Unlike other longtime Android users who have had nice things to say about iOS, however, Oppetit says he “instantly” regretted his decision to switch to the iPhone 6.

I’m done buying iPhone 6 Pluses, but I don’t know about gray or silver
There’s a good probability I have settled on the iPhone 6. Hopefully my journey of buying and returning iPhone 6 Pluses is over. For me, there are too many compromises with the iPhone 6 Plus. It’s thicker, heavier, and unusable with one hand. It’s not my only device, and if I’m home there’s an iPad and computer, and if I’m at the office there’s a computer. That’s it, done talking about it, and waiting for the second generation.
But now I can’t decide between the space gray iPhone 6 and the silver!

We’ve mentioned before that 16GB of storage just isn’t enough space for many modern smartphone users, especially now that so many phones now let us film incredible 4K videos that inevitably clog up space. Apple is the second most popular camera maker on Flickr… and it doesn’t even make cameras
