The latest iPhone 6s rumor suggests Samsung will play a huge role
Samsung is already making components for Apple’s next-gen iPhone — currently unofficially called iPhone 6s or iPhone 7 — Korean site Electronic Times has learned. After earlier reports suggested that Samsung may have won the contract to mass-produce the next-gen A9 chip using its 14nm FinFET technology, the publication says the company this week began producing Apple’s brand new chip in its Austin, Texas plant.

These jaw-dropping images were captured by a pro photographer using only an iPhone
Time and time again, we’ve seen examples of photographs captured by professionals using nothing but the cameras on the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus handsets. As often as we’ve seen them, however, they don’t get any less impressive. Pro photographers regularly sing praises when it comes to the quality of shots captured on Apple’s iPhones, and they always love all the great third-party photo editing software that lets them retouch images right on their devices.
Now, in this latest example, professional travel photographer Kevin Russ talks about how perfect his iPhone is for capturing images in remote regions. The iPhone allows him quickly edit and upload his photos while on the go, and the images he has captured along the way with his iPhone 6 are absolutely stunning.

Shopping for iPhones, iPads and Macs at Apple.com is now even easier
Apple has decided to make shopping in its online store even easier than before, The Next Web reports, silently adding new payment options that customers can select during checkout.
The company has added PayPal support to online payments in the U.S. and U.K., as seen in the screenshot below, which means customers can now use their PayPal balances to pay for goods purchased online from Apple.com.

There’s an awesome new version of the Galaxy Note 4 – but you can’t get it
Samsung’s most recent phablet flagship handset might be on the Christmas shopping list for many smartphone fans this year, but they won’t have access to a special Galaxy Note 4 the company has prepared for the holidays. SamMobile reports that a Velvet Red version of the Galaxy Note 4 is going to be available to buyers in South Korea, and it’s unlikely for it to hit other markets anytime soon.

FBI: Sony hack so sophisticated it can penetrate 90% of net defenses, challenge government sites
The Sony Pictures hack saga is far from over, as more and more details come to light about the massive data breach the company suffered a few weeks ago. Unknown hackers identifying themselves online as Guardians of Peace (GOP) managed to steal some 100 terabytes of data containing very sensitive information, including digital versions of unreleased Sony movies, and personal details about employees, celebrities, and current and future business plans.
