2015 could be the year that Netflix invades your cable box
Netflix has been steadily chipping away at cable TV for years now, but the popular streaming service is all too aware of how valuable a partnership with the biggest names in cable could be.
On Wednesday, Gigaom reported that sources with knowledge of the company’s plans say that Netflix is closing in on a deal with one of the country’s biggest cable providers, and an announcement could come as soon as early 2015.

Go get Android 5.0.1 Lollipop on your Google Nexus device right now
A new Lollipop version is available to Nexus device owners, as Google is rolling out Android 5.0.1, an update that’s compatible with various devices, including the Nexus 6, Nexus 9, Nexus 5, Nexus 4, Nexus 7 (all versions) and the Nexus 10. Disney just revealed crucial new details about Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Disney has just lifted a bit of the mysterious shroud it’s put over the story details of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Entertainment Weekly has the scoop on some of the key characters we can expect to see in the film, including R2D2 successor BB-8, X-wing fighter pilot Poe Dameron, light saber-wielding bad guy Kylo Ren, speeder rider Rey, and Finn, a character played by John Boyega who appeared in the film’s trailer dressed in an Imperial storm trooper suit. For what it’s worth, all of these characters appeared in the first trailer for the movie that launched in late November.

Samsung reportedly won’t get too daring with the Galaxy S6
