AT&T hit with a major lawsuit for throttling its ‘unlimited’ data users [updated]
The Federal Trade Commission just brought down the hammer on AT&T for allegedly misleading “millions” of smartphone users with promises of unlimited data plans. In a complaint filed in a federal court on Tuesday, the FTC alleged that AT&T has been misleading its own subscribers “by charging them for ‘unlimited’ data plans while reducing their data speeds, in some cases by nearly 90 percent.”

The mystery of the 32GB iPhone 6 gets solved… and there’s no reason to get excited
After an iPhone 6 picture from China suggested earlier this week that Apple may have built some special 32GB iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus units, which are on display in a few stores in the region, French publication Consomac has been able to find out more details about said device and has even confirmed its existence in the process. Unfortunately, there’s no good news for potential iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus buyers looking for 32GB versions.
