Until Dawn brings hokey teen horror to the PlayStation 4
I only jumped once.
Honestly, just once while I played through a demo of Until Dawn, the first major title from developer Supermassive Games. Until Dawn is less psychological thriller and more schlocky horror, but there isn’t nearly enough of that on the home consoles. Alien: Isolation, The Evil Within, Daylight — there are plenty of survival horror games that take themselves seriously, some more effectively than others. It’s about time we had a wacky offshoot.

Meet Night Cable, the only iPhone charging cable made for your bedroom
Many people charge their smartphones every night because most handsets can’t yet offer the battery life we expect. And many tablet users also charge their devices at night as well, which is the most convenient time to do it anyway since they might want to simultaneously use it for some quick content consumption before sleep. But using the device while it’s plugged in and charging, whether it’s a smartphone or a tablet, might be a seriously annoying endeavor because charging cables are usually rather short.

Apple hasn’t provided an answer yet, but The Wall Street Journal is the latest publication to report that Beats Music will eventually merge with Apple’s own music service.

Don’t expect game-changing improvements from Sprint or T-Mobile for at least another two years
T-Mobile has done a lot to improve its network over the past couple of years, but even the scrappy “Un-carrier” has admitted that it would not be able to match the network quality of AT&T and Verizon unless it gets access to more low-frequency spectrum, which propagates better than high-frequency spectrum and more easily penetrates buildings. Because of this, both T-Mobile and Sprint must be disheartened to learn that the Federal Communications Commission has delayed a key spectrum auction that could have given both carriers a major shot in the arm.
