No one expected the latest version of iOS to be flawless, but the amount of bugs users are finding seem to just keep piling up. We’ve already seen an iCloud Drive bug crop up this that which could result in the deletion of all your iWork files and now some MacRumors forum-goers are reporting that their iOS 8 devices are no longer pairing with their Bluetooth car audio systems.

Cortana is coming to Windows 10, but it’s not ready for the Technical Preview
Microsoft on Tuesday unveiled Windows 10 — not Windows 9, as users were expecting — and revealed various Windows 10 features, although not all of them. Microsoft focused on assuring existing Windows users that it understood their main concerns with Windows 8, and showed off various user interface changes that are supposed to offer both future desktop and tablet Windows 10 users a much better experience than Windows 8.

This is what Windows 10 will look like on smartphones and the Xbox One
Microsoft on Tuesday gave the world a heartfelt apology for Windows 8 by unveiling Windows 10, which backs away from the “modern” interface users almost universally hated and moves toward an experience more akin to Windows 7. The new cross-device platform won’t ship until sometime next year so there’s still plenty we don’t know about it, and that includes details concerning exactly how it will work on Windows Phone devices and on Microsoft’s Xbox consoles.
While desktops, laptops and tablets were the focus of Microsoft’s presentation, the company did slip in a sneak peek of its new software running on other devices.

BlackBerry fanboy rips into everyone for being too stupid to understand the Passport’s greatness
BlackBerry unveiled its new Passport flagship smartphone last week and media reaction so far has been decidedly mixed. In particular, many reviewers took issue with the Passport’s more square design and its boxy frame that they said made the device difficult to hold. BerryFlow’s Jubei Raziel isn’t hearing any of it, however, and he’s written a long tirade that rips into both the media and the average consumer for not being smart enough to comprehend the BlackBerry Passport’s true greatness.

Sony announced the lineup for its October Instant Game Collection on Wednesday, and as usual, PlayStation fans aren’t going to be disappointed. This month features the standard two games per platform, but the PlayStation team has something extra in store for PS4 owners: DriveClub PlayStation Plus Edition. What was originally meant to be a launch title for the console was delayed for almost an entire year, but anyone with a PS Plus subscription will be able to download it starting next Tuesday.

Let’s be honest: At this point, Apple could make a killer iPhone 6 ad using only the incredibly cool videos that people have shot with the new device using the new camera features that come with iOS 8. Google adds finishing touches to make sure you’ll love Android L right from the start
Google is not yet ready to reveal anything about the Android L’s official launch – unlike last year, the company didn’t even announce the official name of its next major Android release ahead of its rollout – but the company is still working on improving the Android L experience. Android Police reports that as many as 18 bugs have been marked as “fixed” in Google’s Android Issue Tracker, with Phone Arena having discovered smaller design tweaks meant to further polish the visual experience in Android L.
