WOW! The 3 coolest videos filmed with the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus we’ve seen yet
When we wrote about cool videos that people had filmed over the weekend with their new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus cameras on Monday, we knew that there would almost certainly be even cooler videos to come. And sure enough, one day later, we’ve found four more videos that are even cooler than the ones we wrote about earlier this week.

Video: How to fix iPhone 6’s protruding camera (DO NOT try this at home)
Apple’s new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus aren’t just bigger than any previous iPhones, they also feature a completely overhauled design that is easily the most polarizing iPhone design Apple has ever created. Some people absolutely love it, others positively hate it, and some people have mixed feelings about certain aspects of the 2014 iPhones’ new look.
Wherever you land on that wide spectrum, it’s easy to see why the peculiar plastic antenna lines and the protruding camera lens on the back of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus might be off-putting for some users, but a new video highlights one way to fix the second of those two design issues.

This might just be the most annoying new feature in iOS 8
Apple’s recently released iOS 8 update packs a lot of interesting new features, but it also contains some tweaks that some users do not appreciate. One new feature in the Photos app is apparently so annoying that iOS users who have already upgraded their devices to iOS 8, or who purchased an iPhone 6 model with iOS 8 preinstalled, just can’t stop complaining about it.

It might not be safe to leave your iPhone 6 Plus in your pocket
The reaction to the new iPhones has been overwhelmingly positive, but as users have begun to spend time with the devices, problems have inevitably begun to crop up. In fact, some users on the MacRumors forums have reported that after carrying an iPhone 6 Plus around in their pockets for an extended period of time, the phone began to warp.

Afraid of Apple’s iPhone 6, Samsung pushes up Galaxy Note 4 launch
Samsung failed to properly react to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus launch – the company inexplicably delayed announcing launch details for the Galaxy Note 4 model even though it announced the device almost a week before Apple unveiled its biggest iPhones ever – and a new report from South Korea reveals that Apple’s record iPhone sales have really scared the giant. As a result, Samsung will push up the launch date of the fourth-generation phablet, at least in South Korea, The Korea Times reports.

Here’s everything that’s supposedly coming in Apple’s iOS 8.0.1 update
Back in early September, BGR exclusively reported that Apple was hard at work on its iOS 8.0.1 update long before iOS 8 was even released to the public. Now, a new report from MacRumors claims that the update has already been seeded to Apple’s carrier partners ahead of its upcoming public release. The blog goes on to supply what it claims to be a change log for Apple’s upcoming update, and the bad news is that none of the major complaints we’ve been seeing appear to be addressed in this first update.

Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 sells out in South Korea before it even launches
As expected, the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus have dominated the news cycle ever since Apple took the stage in Cupertino earlier this month. Records were broken and lines were formed, but on the other side of the world, another huge smartphone launch was taking shape. South Korean newspaper Metro reports that Samsung has had to cut off preorders for the Galaxy Note 4 after overwhelming demand depleted the supply of the phablet at every major carrier in the country.

iPhone 6 review
Reviewing an iPhone is a curious endeavor. One might think it’s just like reviewing any other device, and the processes are indeed roughly the same. The difference, and it is a vast difference, is the purpose.
When reviewing a smartphone, a pair of shoes, a computer, a car, a movie or even a toaster, the purpose is generally to use experience and expertise to assist readers, or viewers, in making a buying decision. Even small gadget blogs can influence thousands or tens of thousands of people. A site like BGR influences millions and a large media organization can influence tens of millions of people.
But with iPhones, this simply is not the case.

iPhone 6 disappoints in yet another battery life test
If battery life is the single most important thing you’re looking for in a smartphone, it looks like you probably shouldn’t get the iPhone 6… though you might want to give the iPhone 6 Plus a try. Tom’s Guide has just run some battery life tests on the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus that compare both devices to other rival smartphones and have found that while the iPhone 6 compares unfavorably with similarly sized smartphones, the 6 Plus does even better than comparable phablets.

iPhone 6 vs. iPhone 6 Plus: The in-depth camera comparison you need to see
Apple’s brand new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have one major difference that is instantly obvious from the moment you first see them: the size. Of course, the new iPhone 6 is indeed larger than any iPhone that has come before it, but the iPhone 6 Plus is even more massive. In fact, Apple’s first phablet is even taller than Samsung’s next-generation Galaxy Note 4, which launches next month. But size isn’t the only thing that separates the iPhone 6 from the 6 Plus, and a new in-depth comparison video focuses on the major differences between the devices’ cameras, as well as camera performance.
