Key next-gen iPad Air components revealed in leaked pics
In addition to the highly anticipated iPhone 6 that’s set to be unveiled on September 9th, Apple will also update its iPad line this year and launch new iPad Air and iPad mini models at some point this fall. French publication iPhonote has received images showing alleged components for the iPad Air 2, although don’t expect anything more exciting than flex cables.

iPHONE 6 LEAK hints Apple is making an iPhone 6 with a massive 128GB of storage
If you’re an iPhone user who likes to store a lot of data on your phone, then you’ll absolutely love this next leak. 9to5Mac points out that a leaked schematic on Geekbar’s Weibo account seemingly shows that Apple has developed an iPhone 6 with a whopping 128GB of NAND Flash storage. This is double the maximum storage you can get on the iPhone 5s, which tops out at 64GB.

UPS is the latest company to acknowledge major malware breach
Following the many cases of malware attacks targeting various retail stores to steal personal customer data, including Target, Neiman Marcus, or P.F. Chang’s, UPS is the next in line to acknowledge such a security breach. The Wall Street Journal reports that 51 UPS locations have been hit in a heist where hackers have accessed data for approximately 105,000 customer transactions between January and August.

The official Flappy Bird sequel is now available for iPhone and Android
After pulling the incredibly popular, yet silly, Flappy Bird game from the App Store and Google Play Store, for fear it was too addictive for users, Vietnamese developer Dong Nguyen is back with a similar game for iPhone and Android called Swing Copters.

Researchers can easily fool former TSA X-ray scanners and sneak in dangerous weapons
This isn’t the first time someone managed to sneak by a weapon past a TSA Rapiscan full-body X-ray scanner, but Wired reports that scientists have taken the procedure to a new level and have come up with various techniques to completely fool the security device.

Everyone knows that Game of Thrones is once again the most torrented TV show of the year, but could you name the top ten? Peer-to-peer analyst group Tru Optik has compiled a list of the top ten TV show torrents from the second quarter of 2014, and although a majority are predictable, number 3 stands out above the rest. With 60.8 million torrent download, the Netflix original prison dramedy Orange is the New Black has become the third most popular TV show torrent…and it isn’t even on TV.

Brazil wants Apple and Google to remotely wipe Secret from all iOS and Android devices
Secret is a popular iOS and Android social networking app that lets users chat anonymously, but authorities in Brazil aren’t too fond of it. That’s actually an understatement, as a Brazilian prosecutor wants Apple and Google not only to remove the app for their respective app stores for the region, but also to remotely wipe it from the devices on which it’s already installed on in Brazil, Business Insider reports.
