Crazy rumors say thinner iPad mini ‘Air’ is coming soon, 12.9-inch iPad Pro set for 2015
The iPhone 6 may be the hottest device coming from Apple this year, but that doesn’t mean the company has stopped working on some other interesting products. A new report from Taiwan’s Economic Daily News says Apple will soon launch an even slimmer iPad mini model, and that it’s still working on a bigger iPad Pro version.

Kenu Airframe+: One of our favorite smartphone accessories just got even better
Kenu’s Airframe is my favorite in-car phone mount, but for those of you with phablets or bulky cases, it’s a bit small. The company is seemingly well aware of that, and is making strides to address a broader market with the introduction of the Airframe+. Weighing under an ounce and supporting phones with screen sizes as large as 6-inches diagonally, the sized-up holster addresses one of the few gripes I had with the original.
I’ve been using the Airframe+ for the past couple of weeks, and I can safely say that it’s a marked improvement over the already-impressive Airframe.

Wearable tech hasn’t quite taken off like many analysts expected it to, but Android Wear could be the beginning of something big. Apple’s next-generation iPhone 6 probably won’t launch for about another two months, and all we have to go on right now in terms of what to expect is a series of leaks and unconfirmed reports. That won’t stop more than 30 companies from taking preorders for Apple’s upcoming new iPhone 6, however.

WE NEED THIS NOW: This $30 spray will make you iPhone or Android phone waterproof
Sony isn’t exactly enjoying smooth sailing in the global smartphone market right now, but it did start an awesome trend. Following the Japanese electronics giant’s lead, a number of smartphone vendors are now focused on making their flagship phones water-resistant. Samsung’s Galaxy S5, the company’s latest hero phone, is a perfect example, and the handset’s water-resistant treatment will end up saving consumers tons of money and plenty of aggravation by helping the phone survive spills and quick dunks.
But what about those of us with handsets like the iPhone or various Android models that don’t feature any waterproofing? As it turns out, there may be a cheap product that can help.

Is the ‘iTime’ Apple’s second smartwatch?
As the age of the smartwatch begins, everyone is keeping a close eye on Apple. Considering the outrageous success of the iPhone, analysts and consumers alike believe that Apple might be able to turn the wearable industry on its head with a device that’s both functional and fashionable, but there’s still a lot we don’t know. The situation has become even more complicated this week as Patently Apple reports that Apple recently won a patent for something called the iTime, a wearable device with an entirely different feature set than the rumored iWatch.
