Xbox chief Phil Spencer said a few days ago that he expects the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Scarlett to be comparable in terms of price and performance, noting that Microsoft will want to compete better against Sony then it did back when the Xbox One and PS4 launched. Add to that Sony’s comments that teased the PS5 should be less expensive than some people think, as well as recent leaks that suggested the entry-price for the consoles might be $499, and you could end up with gaming rigs that are more powerful than even gaming PC setups that cost more than twice as much. But for the time being, it’s the PS5 that performs betters while playing games, according to an insider who is supposedly in the loop on these matters.

The biggest film of the year premiered nearly seven months ago, but fans still can’t get enough of Avengers: Endgame. Its arrival on Disney+ last week seems to have reignited interest in the film, as fans were treated to a slew of deleted scenes that weren’t previously available to stream. The list of deleted clips includes an exciting one that reveals one of the alternate versions of the film that Marvel chose to abandon, but it’s one that could have delivered an even more epic arc for Captain America. Now, Marvel is revealing more details about the epic conclusion of the Infinity Saga that’s been more than 10 years in the making, including the factors that went into deciding who lived and who died by the time Endgame finished.

The list of content departing from Netflix in recent months has been relatively tame, but it appears that the streaming service was saving up all of its major losses for the end of the year. With the launch of Disney+ officially behind us, it should come as no surprise that many of the remaining Disney movies are leaving Netflix, including Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Thor: Ragnarok. You know where to go to find them once they’re off Netflix.

There are a few other significant departures this month as well, such as Planet Earth and Planet Earth II, Pulp Fiction, Rocky, Wet Hot American Summer, and even The Dark Crystal (despite the fact that Netflix just released its own Dark Crystal series). When it rains, it pours for Netflix.
