AT&T just can’t seem to get out of its own way sometimes. AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson has apologized for an awesomely bad response to a longtime customer that began when Stephenson forwarded the customer’s email to AT&T’s legal department. As The Los Angeles Times reported earlier this week, AT&T customer Alfred Valrie sent Stephenson a letter that politely made suggestions for improving the company’s service. Stephenson forwarded the email to the carrier’s legal team, which sent Valerie back a rather terse response.

With Chipgate, Apple might have fixes in the works, including one that it will likely enjoy enacting: Apparently, Samsung might lose the A10 chip business to TSMC, which could be Apple’s way of preventing potential chip-related issues next year.

American officials have charged a hacker in Malaysia with leaking a “kill list” of more than 1,000 American military and government personnel to Islamic State, The Wall Street Journal reports. The hacker, a man named Ardit Ferizi, is actually a native of Kosovo who was detained in Malaysia based on an American warrant for his arrest. The 20-year-old Ferizi was in Malaysia pursuing studies in computer science, Malaysian officials say.
