Apple on Tuesday released iOS 9 beta 3, which, as the name might suggest, is the third developer-only version of its new iOS 9 software. After a rocky start with iOS 9 beta 1 — at least, where battery life was concerned — beta 2 really cleaned things up, allowing developers to focus on new features instead of crashes.

The New York Stock Exchange has been shut down after reports from earlier this morning indicated the exchange was having technical difficulties processing orders. Despite this, the Department of Homeland Security has issued a statement saying that there are no indications that this is part of a cyberattack, although they also haven’t put out any statement about what the actual problem might be.

Our trusted sources have told us that Apple was set to release iOS 9 beta 3 on Tuesday, but a serious bug was discovered and it had to be fixed. The repaired build will likely be released later today, we’re told.
