Optimistic investors have sent BlackBerry shares on a roller coaster ride over the past few years, but reality seems to be setting in. After briefly rocketing up to the $12 range in mid-January, the company’s stock has seen a gradual decline back to under $8, down about 27.5% so far in 2015. Brief runs of optimism are quickly offset by the recurring realization that BlackBerry doesn’t seem any closer to finding its place in the new mobile landscape today than it was a few years ago.

A dolphin caused chaos on a California family’s recent fishing trip, leaping into their boat and breaking a woman’s ankles.
The 350-pound dolphin was a member of a pod that had been swimming alongside the Frickman family’s boat before the freak incident occurred.

A homeless man in Canada found $2,400 on the street, which he decided to turn over to police rather than keep for himself. The inspirational news motivated others to start a crowd-funding campaign for the man, raising more than $5,000 as a reward for his honesty. However, the man decided to refuse that payout as well.

One of the most highly anticipated handsets of the year is the OnePlus 2, a device that’s expected to offer a high-end smartphone experience for a bargain price, just like its predecessor. A number of leaks have likely already revealed plenty of information on the design and specs of the upcoming handset. The summer of Netflix originals marches onward with the debut of Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp, a follow-up that fans have been clamoring for since the early 2000s. There were few third-party games as anticipated as Star Wars Battlefront at E3 2015. I wasn’t as pleased with the reboot as I’d expected to be, but I only had a chance to play a single match on a single map. Battlefront only really thrives once you get a hang of the character classes and learn the maps backwards and forwards.
Unfortunately, we aren’t going to have that opportunity for another few months, but there are gamers out there who are currently participating in the closed alpha, and one of them decided to share some footage from the game.
