Like their rivals AT&T and T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint have also agreed pay back their customers who got hit with bogus cramming charges. The Federal Communications Commission announced on Monday that Sprint and Verizon would fork over a combined total of $158 million to settle the matter and most of that money will be going directly back to consumers.

Have you ever wanted the ability to transform your smartphone into a tablet? If so, there’s a new accessory called Isocase that’s trying to raise money on Indiegogo that you might be interested in. The concept behind the case itself isn’t new, and it’ll immediately remind some smartphone fans of the Asus product PadFone X hybrid smartphone/tablet, but it certainly appears to be more daring, at least on paper.

Apple Watch shipments are really expected to pick up in May. While it will likely still be quite some time before supply actually manages to catch up with demand, people are finally beginning to get their hands on their watches en masse. Interestingly, especially considering that this is a brand new product, people appear to be overwhelmingly happy with their Apple Watches, and we’ve seen precious few real complaints.
There are some Apple fans experiencing buyer’s remorse in one regard though, and a new website hopes to provide the fix.

After releasing a variety of smartwatch models at a rushed pace, Samsung is finally taking its time developing its next wearable, a Tizen-based smartwatch that’s supposedly called the Gear A. Supposedly, the device will compete directly against the Apple Watch, and might even best it in some ways.
While the watch has not been shown in public yet, the first screenshots revealing its future user interface have been revealed, as they were recently found in an SDK Samsung released to developers.

Apple with OS X Yosemite introduced a number of cool features designed to make one’s computing experience easier and more efficient. While some may already be familiar with some of OS X Yosemite’s more prominent features, Apple’s desktop OS, per usual, is teeming with a number of under the radar features which will undoubtedly prove enlightening for both seasoned OS X users and those completely new to the world of Mac.

In an age where everything is recorded and put on the web, it’s not too often that one comes across a video that’s absolutely mesmerizing. But such is the case with this gem of a video featuring aviation enthusiasts Yves Rossy and Vince Reffet soaring through the Dubai skyline with jetpacks.
Even better, you can watch the jaw-dropping video in full 4K if you have the bandwidth to spare. If you’re not familiar with Rossy, he’s a former Swiss fighter pilot who, a few years back, went to work on developing his own jetpack, and quite successfully at that. While it’s unclear how fast Rossy and his protegé Reffet are flying through the air here, previous flights by Rossy saw him reach top speeds in excess of 170 miles per hour.

On Tuesday, Ubisoft revealed Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, the next entry in the Assassin’s Creed franchise. The follow-up to Unity will be set in 19th century London, with players taking on the role of Jacob Frye, a gangster who wants to steal from the rich aristocrats and give to the poor working class.
