According to existing reports, Microsoft is reportedly making over $2 billion a year from those licensing deals, and the number could go up to $8.8 billion a year by 2017. However, Samsung, the most important Android device maker doesn’t want to pay the bills anymore, and, unsurprisingly, Microsoft took legal action against the South Korean corporation.

Per SamMobile, Samsung has just sent out its press invitations for its Unpacked 2014 event, which will take place on September 3rd in Berlin during IFA 2014. While Samsung doesn’t explicitly say that the Galaxy Note 4 will be unveiled at this event, it’s pretty obvious that’s what’s coming since Samsung has used past IFA shows as launching pads for both the Galaxy Note 2 and the Galaxy Note 3.
