The LG G3 will be one of the best Android handsets around when LG finally launches it on Tuesday. It will offer buyers several interesting features including an already confirmed high-resolution 2K display, metal or metal-like design, optical image stabilization in the camera, removable battery and support for microSD cards (both features unavailable to G2 owners) and a brand new protective case with smart functions. However, the wildest feature yet on the G3 appears to be support for up to 2TB of storage via microSD cards, which appears to be a first for smartphones, at least according to LG’s U.K. site, which mentioned the specs of the unreleased handset.

Amazing but true: Samsung is still releasing new versions of the Galaxy S4, its 2013 flagship smartphone that has spawned at least a dozen different versions, including the Galaxy S4 mini, the Galaxy S4 Active, the Galaxy S4 Zoom, the Galaxy S4 Black Edition and, our personal favorite, the Galaxy S4 La Fleur edition. Over the weekend Samsung formally launched the new Galaxy S4 Value Edition, a new device that we first heard about last February but had hoped Samsung would drop now that its new Galaxy S5 is out and about. But no — apparently the temptation to squirt out yet another version of the Galaxy S4 was too tempting to resist.

Motorola’s website has been the source of many leaks related to the company’s upcoming smartphone models, and it looks like more details about Motorola’s next flagship device have been uncovered. According to code found by Mobiltelefon.ru on the MotoMaker portion on the website, Motorola may soon offer buyers a 64GB Moto X model. The code could also suggest that such an option will be available to the Moto X+1 handset coming later this year, which should also be customizable via the same MotoMaker tool.

Shipping times for the iMac have increased to 3–5 business days, adding credence to a recent rumor that Apple will launch a new cheaper iMac at its annual Worldwide Developers Conference next week. First noted by AppleInsider, each of the base configurations of the iMac now has a longer than normal shipping time on Apple’s online store, up from the typical shipping time of “Within 24 hours” for most Mac products.
