A Dutch team of hackers that calls itself “Doulci” claims to be the first group ever to hack Apple’s iCloud system. According to a report from Dutch news organization De Telegraaf, the hackers purchase stolen phones that have been locked for between $50 and $150 each. They then use a security vulnerability in order to access Apple’s iCloud system and unlock the phones, which are then sold for a large profit.

Apple’s 2014 Worldwide Developers Conference might not be as boring as we thought it would be. Unnamed sources tell the ever-reliable Mark Gurman of 9to5Mac that Apple “is planning to unveil new hardware” at WWDC this year, despite reports we’ve read saying that Apple would not unveil either its iWatch or its refreshed Apple TV set-top box until later in the year. As for what this new piece of hardware is, Gurman can only speculate, although he says that MacBook Airs with Retina displays are the “most likely” option at this point since Apple is probably saving all its big guns for a huge fall release that will likely include two versions of the iPhone 6 and a sequel to the iPad Air along with the aforementioned iWatch and Apple TV.

There are plenty of rumors surrounding the iPhone 6, but there is one thing we can be sure of: following its debut later this year, it will be one of the most popular smartphones of all time. In fact, it will almost certainly be the best-selling single smartphone model yet. According to reports from many solid sources, Apple’s iPhone 6 will feature a huge redesign with rounded sides, a thinner case and a larger 4.7-inch display. It may also feature Apple’s new A8 processor and NFC.

Of course, we can’t be completely sure of what we’ll see on the iPhone 6 until Apple unveils the phone in the coming months. That doesn’t mean we can’t hope for certain things in the meantime, and a new survey sheds light on the most desired new features in Apple’s next-generation iPhone.

Now you have another reason to choose the Xbox One over the PlayStation 4. Microsoft announced this week that its Skype Xbox One app now has full Snap support, which means that you’ll be able to make voice and video calls while you’re watching a movie or playing a game. This adds a terrific new social aspect to the Xbox One because it means you’ll be able to watch movies or play games with your friends while interacting with them face to face.

BEHOLD… The stupidest thing you’ll read all week — Forbes: ‘Net neutrality is a dumb idea’

%name BEHOLD... The stupidest thing youll read all week Forbes: Net neutrality is a dumb idea by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Where do I even begin with this one? The Federal Communications Commission voted last week to move forward with its controversial net neutrality plan, which seems to be designed specifically to ensure that the Internet is not kept neutral. Instead, the plan allows for the creation of Internet “fast lanes” so that Internet service providers can charge companies more for faster connections to end users.

If you oppose the new plan, there is action you can take. The FCC’s proposal is now in a period where open comments will be taken into account before the FCC creates a final set of rules. Those who see the slippery slope created by the FCC’s proposal can make their voices heard by reading the plan and submitting a public comment that addresses specific problems with the proposal.

If you support the plan, you can also be heard… by writing a column for Forbes.
