New Apple TV+ subscription details just leaked out

Apple this past March unveiled Apple TV Plus, a subscription TV service that marks the company’s full-on foray into the world of video streaming. Set to feature a curated selection of content from some of the top directors and content creators on the planet, the service is slated to launch later this fall in more than 100 countries.

When Apple executives introduced Apple TV Plus a few months back, they failed to disclose a number of key details, with price being one such example. This, however, wasn’t terribly surprising given that Apple at the time was more focused on showing the world that they were partnering with some of the biggest names in Hollywood to deliver top-tier content.

%name Netflix in September 2019: Every new movie and series coming next month, and everything leaving by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Fall is right around the corner, which means this scorching hot summer might finally come to an end, though I won’t really believe it until I see it. The good news is that even if it stays hot outside, Netflix will continue to give us dozens of reasons to stay indoors, many of which you’ll find in the following list of September releases.

There are a number of returning original series, including the animated show Disenchantment, Jon Favreau’s The Chef Show, and The Ranch, which I thought was already over. But the new arrival that has me most intrigued is on September 20th, when Netflix will debut Between Two Ferns: The Movie, which apparently features David Letterman in a prominent role. I can’t wait to see Zach Galifianakis back between those ferns.

Walmart sues Tesla after solar panels start bursting into flames on store roofs

%name Walmart sues Tesla after solar panels start bursting into flames on store roofs by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

In something of a bizarre story, Walmart is suing Tesla after solar panels it purchased from the EV company caught fire on a number of Walmart stores. As it stands now, Tesla solar panels can be found on as many as 240 Walmart stores across the country. Following a few incidents involving seemingly spontaneous fires, Walmart now wants Tesla to remove the solar panels and foot the bill for all the corresponding damage.

As a result of the fires, Walmart is suing for breach of contract and alleges that Tesla’s actions in designing and installing the panels failed to live up industry standards.

iPhone 11 tipped to ship with bigger batteries and a faster charger

%name iPhone 11 tipped to ship with bigger batteries and a faster charger by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Apple is widely expected to unveil the iPhone 11 series on September 10th, with the three new iPhones expected to hit stores some 10 day later. As much as Apple wants to keep its next smartphone secret, we inevitably find out several details about them well before the press event and this year is no different. We’ll see three new iPhones in stores next month, featuring almost the same design as the iPhone XS and XR handsets. What will change is the rear camera of all three iPhone 11 phones, as each model will have an additional lens on the back compared to its predecessor.

While the new cameras are the biggest changes this year, there are other upgrades that Apple fans might love just as much. For example, the latest rumors suggest Apple’s upcoming new iPhone 11 models will feature larger batteries and — FINALLY — a faster charger.

%name See Google’s leaked Pixel 4 design from every angle in this new video by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Samsung’s new Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ hit store shelves this Friday and Apple’s big iPhone 11 announcement is set to take place less than three weeks from now on September 10th. OnePlus has a new OnePlus 7T series in the works and Huawei’s upcoming Mate 30 Pro is set to be one of the most powerful Android phones the world has ever seen. On top of all that, Samsung’s Galaxy Fold will finally be released next month — maybe — and the foldable Huawei Mate X will also go on sale before the year is done. Long story short, the second half of 2019 is packed full of high profile flagship smartphone launches, and this could be the most impressive collection of smartphones we’ve ever seen.

We’re in store for a busy few months indeed, but there’s one more hotly anticipated smartphone series set to debut in the next couple of months that we haven’t even mentioned yet. That’s right, we’re talking about Google’s new Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL, and the new flagship Pixel phones are shaping up to be Google’s most exciting smartphones yet. Google already confirmed the design of the back of the phone in a bizarre move earlier this summer, and a pair of photos that leaked earlier this month showed the Pixel 4 in the wild, thereby confirming the design of the front of Google’s new Pixels. Those photos were small and blurry though, so thankfully there’s a new video that gets up close and personal with Google’s next-generation Pixel 4 design.
