If breakfast is the most important meal of the day, then it stands to reason that people who are highly successful eat quality breakfasts too… right? Well, maybe. That said, we know at least one prominent example of a successful person who isn’t on Business Insider’s list that counters the idea that you need to eat well in the morning to be a success.
