Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S10 on February 20th, a few days ahead of schedule, during its first Unpacked press conference of the year that’s been set in San Francisco. Samsung will introduce at least three Galaxy S10 versions at the show, as well as the foldable Galaxy F handset, recent reports have said. On top of that, Samsung will launch at least one 5G Galaxy S10 model in various markets later this year, although it’s unclear whether 5G phones will also be on display at the event. Meanwhile, the three 4G Galaxy S10 versions, including the Galaxy S10 E (or Lite), Galaxy S10 (or S10 edge), and Galaxy S10+ have been leaked again, and this might be our best look at the three phones.

Sadly, the United States (and the rest of the continent) missed out on a lunar eclipse last summer, but we will get one more chance this weekend. On the evening of January 20th, the only total lunar eclipse of 2019 will light up the night sky across North and South America, as well as parts of Europe, Africa, and Asia.

The eclipse is being referred to a variety of names, but the most ridiculous (and therefore best) has to be Super Blood Wolf Moon. “Super” refers to the fact that the Moon will be closest to the Earth in its orbit when the total eclipse takes place, “blood” is a reference to the reddish hue the Moon will take on during the eclipse, and “wolf” is taken from the Old Farmer’s Almanac, as full moons in January are apparently known as Full Wolf Moons.

Titus Welliver has always flocked to tough guy acting roles like a moth to the flame, turning in unquestionably memorable performances that transfixed viewers in shows like Lost, via his portrayal of the mysterious smoke monster that terrorized the island.

It’s not that he necessarily seeks out one kind of specific role. Talk to enough actors, and that’s what they all tell you. That they’re looking for a certain kind of story, a certain appeal, they’ll know it when they see it. Yes, a certain kind of thing does seem to come naturally to Titus, a taciturn actor whose resting face tends to be of the stern, contemplative variety and whose baleful eyes easily convey menace and a rebel streak that he’s brought to Lost, as well as to series like The Good Wife and Sons of Anarchy.

We don’t get many slow weeks when it comes to Netflix releases, but this week certainly counts. With just ten shows and movies on the docket (nine of which are Netflix originals), there’s a decent chance that nothing here will really stand out for you. Personally, I will be delving into the final six episodes of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt as soon as they go live, since it’s one of the two or three best sitcoms on the service.

If you’re a fan of serial killers (well, not a fan, but you know what I mean), Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes should be on your radar as well. And all I now about Polar is that it features Mad Mikkelsen with an eye patch, so I’ll probably check it out. And hey, at least nothing is leaving the streaming service this week!
