This is one of the quietest weeks I’ve ever seen on Netflix. The biggest returning show might be Explained, and while I’m sure there are some diamonds in the rough hidden throughout this list, I simply don’t recognize a vast majority of the shows and movies coming to the streaming service throughout this week.

That said, The Politician is absolutely loaded with stars, so maybe it’ll be a pleasant surprise. Gwyneth Paltrow, Ben Platt, Jessica Lange, Zoey Deutch, and Bette Midler are all prominently featured in this comedy series.

Samsung loves to mock the iPhone every chance it gets, even if that means having to delete its commercials when they no longer make Galaxy phones look good. Well, Samsung is at it again, but this time it’s taking a hit at an Android rival that might be even more threatening than Apple.

Not only is Apple a huge source of revenue for Samsung, but the iPhone doesn’t really threaten Samsung’s position at the top of the mobile market. You know which company does, though? Huawei, which could potentially have topped Samsung much faster if it weren’t for the US government’s ban against the company. And now that the Mate 30 has arrived, the Korean company felt the need to respond in the only way it knows how: Trolling.

Galaxies come in all shapes and sizes, and the galaxies most pleasing to the eye are always in the most recognizable shapes. Dramatic spirals with outstretched arms, bursting with newborn stars are always a jaw-dropping sight, after all. Messier 110 is most definitely not in that group.

Messier 110 is what is known as an elliptical galaxy. It doesn’t have well-formed features, and it’s not a swirling mass of eye candy. It’s just a big blob of stars hanging out around the nearby Andromeda galaxy. As far as galaxies go, it’s rather small, but NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope has a certain knack for making even “small” destinations in space look larger than life.

You don’t often hear Netflix executives, and certainly not the streamer’s highly competitive CEO Reed Hastings, talk too much about “the one that got away” and about losing out to rivals who outbid them for the next hot show to license. That’s partly because of much content is already available on Netflix, meaning the losses don’t matter as much the way they might for a smaller player. Netflix is also such a massive juggernaut that’s transformed popular culture, such that talent (including at least one former president) is constantly beating down Netflix’s door, not the other way around.

Nevertheless, there’s at least one show Netflix’s chief executive will publicly admit he wishes was on Netflix instead of a rival. It’s on Amazon, which outbid Netflix for the show, and the show is Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s critically acclaimed comedy Fleabag.
