Apple will provide jailbroken iPhones to researchers investigating iOS security

A report a few months ago revealed there’s a booming black market for developer iPhones that can be used to hunt down undiscovered iOS vulnerabilities. While they cost thousands of dollars each, the investment might be worth it to hackers looking to sell their iPhone security-cracking discoveries to the highest bidder.

Apple is quick to patch new vulnerabilities, but the company wants to expedite the process. To do so, Apple will reportedly provide security researchers iPhones similars to the ones being sold on the black market. These jailbroken devices are supposed to make it easier for devs to figure out iOS code issues and report them back to Apple before hackers get a chance to abuse the same holes.

Dogs are man’s best friend, but their mouths aren’t the most sterile things in the world. In fact, a dog’s mouth can be downright disgusting, and an Ohio woman just found that out in the worst possible way.

As CNN reports, Marie Trainer began feeling ill shortly after she arrived home from a vacation to the Dominican Republic. Her sickness, first believed to be something she caught during her tropical adventure, was actually a devastating infection likely caused by her own canine companion.

Did the director of ‘Deadpool 2’ just confirm ‘Deadpool 3’ is in the making at Marvel?

%name Did the director of ‘Deadpool 2’ just confirm ‘Deadpool 3’ is in the making at Marvel? by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Marvel a few weeks ago unveiled its entire MCU Phase 4 lineup, including several movies and TV series that will be launched at regular intervals over the course of the next 2 years. Notable absences from its list include several of Marvel’s most popular franchises like Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Spider-Man. But Marvel also confirmed it’s developing other MCU adventures that will be part of the upcoming fifth phase, including sequels for Captain Marvel and Black Panther, as well as the third Guardians film. Unfortunately, the Deadpool franchise wasn’t addressed at Comic-Con, even though Marvel said that projects based on Fantastic Four and X-Men are in development.

Deadpool is technically a part of the X-Men franchise, so that can be interpreted as a sort of confirmation. But then Ryan Reynolds stepped up to brilliantly troll Deadpool fans by suggesting the third installment in the series might be included in Phase 5. Now, we have new info that suggests Marvel’s Deadpool 3 might be very different from what we’ve seen in the past.

When it launches in October, the Mate 30 Pro will be one of the hottest Android phones of 2019. Several leaks so far told us the next Huawei phone will have a more daring design than the Galaxy S or Note, as well as an upgraded triple-lens camera system on the back. Some of those leaks also showed us the purported design for the Mate 30 Pro’s display and rear panel, and we saw the handset in the wild when it was photographed in tests on a subway. Now, brand new renders from case makers supposedly show the phone’s full design, but we’re not entirely convinced this is the real thing.
