In light of all the threats Donald Trump has made in regards to increasing import tariffs on Chinese-made goods, shares of Apple have been particularly volatile as of late. In early May, for example, Apple shares were trading at around $211. Less than four weeks later, amid ongoing concerns regarding China, Apple shares dropped all the way down to $173. Apple’s stock has since rebounded, but concerns about China remain.

Tim Cook, meanwhile, has publicly said that he’s not worried about an escalating trade war with China, telling CBS News last week: “The Chinese have not targeted Apple at all, and I don’t anticipate that happening, to be honest.”

The fuel that powers most spacecraft today is incredibly toxic to living organisms. That’s normally not a big issue when you’re sending something into space, but it can still pose some risks if a mishap results in a spacecraft crashing back down to Earth. It’s also a major obstacle for engineers who work closely with space-bound hardware on a daily basis.

NASA thinks it might have a fix for all of this in the form of a new, “green” fuel alternative that swaps highly toxic hydrazine with a new formulation that much safer and, as it turns out, even more powerful than modern rocket fuels.

Few games at E3 2019 were more highly anticipated than Marvel’s Avengers from Crystal Dynamics. It’s been well over two years since Square Enix first announced it was publishing the game, and all of these months later, we finally know what shape the game will take… for the most part. Despite dedicating a huge chunk of the press conference to the game, we still don’t really know what it looks like, as we only got glimpses of gameplay.

Here’s what we do know: Marvel’s Avengers is a third-person, action-adventure game that can be played with up to four players online or single-player offline. Much like Destiny or Anthem, Avengers is a live game, which means more heroes and regions will be added to the game in the months and years to come. Crystal Dynamics says that all new heroes and regions will be free, though, so you won’t have to keep paying for more content.

The fourth installment in the beloved Toy Story franchise doesn’t hit theaters until next week, but early reactions are starting to trickle in from reviewers and journalists who’ve already seen the film, which will feature the familiar Toy Story gang along with a new toy named Forky.

The good news: Not only does the new movie apparently stick the landing, pack an emotional wallop and deliver a piece of cinema that will undoubtedly delight Pixar fans. It also seems that one particular character, Keanu Reeves’ Duke Caboom, practically steals the show.

Scientists studying the behavior of ice in Antarctica got some help from native wildlife in a new study that focused on the causes of massive holes forming in ice sheets. The research, which was published this month in Nature, attempted to explain the development of a huge gap in the ice in Antarctica’s Weddell Sea, which appeared in 2016 and persisted through the following year.

Such holes, which are known as a polynya, have long puzzled scientists. They’ve formed seemingly at random, but a team of researchers from the University of Washington recruited some very unique assistants to get to the bottom things.

It was only a couple of months ago that Donald Trump sent Mike Pence to deliver a directive to NASA, publicly commanding the space agency to return crewed missions to the Moon within the next five years.

The Moon 2024 mission is going to cost a ton of money that NASA doesn’t have, and it’ll take a near miracle for the agency to pull it off, but it’s been doing its best to drum up support for a return to the lunar surface. With the official unveiling of Google’s highly-anticipated Pixel 4 lineup now just a few months away, a number of high-profile leaks have recently shed a bit more light on what we can expect to see out of Google’s next-gen smartphone models. And given how impressive Google’s Pixel 3 line was, it stands to reason that the Pixel 4 will live up to the hype and will offer a premium user experience positioned to rival the iPhone and Samsung’s Galaxy S10 series.

Design wise, recent renders have revealed that the Pixel 4 will likely feature a square camera module on the back, similar to many of the iPhone 11 rumors we’ve seen over the past few weeks.
