When Thanos snapped his fingers at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, he was able to accomplish the mission he had been on for years. We’ve seen a lot of amazing shots from NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope over the years, but the high-powered stargazer is now experiencing some unplanned downtime. In a new update, NASA says that Hubble’s Wide Field Camera 3 is experiencing “a hardware problem,” forcing it to be taken offline while engineers try to figure out what’s wrong.

Wide Field Camera 3 (or just WFC3 for short) is one of Hubble’s most powerful observational instruments. It was installed on the spacecraft during a servicing mission in 2009 and it’s produced some of the most breathtaking images we’ve ever seen of objects and structures in deep space.

Multiple independent reports early Thursday morning stated that Samsung is planning to unveil its next-generation Galaxy S10 line of flagship phones on February 20th. Earlier rumors had suggested the phone would be unveiled during the annual Mobile World Congress trade show in Barcelona, Spain, so the news came as something of a surprise.

Surprising or not, those reports have now been confirmed because Samsung on Thursday sent out invitations to BGR and other media for its next Unpacked event. And just as the reports from earlier in the morning suggested, it will not take place at MWC 2019. Instead, Samsung will unveil its new flagships at a dedicated Unpacked press conference in San Francisco on Wednesday, February 20th.

Do you remember what life was like before Netflix became the streaming entertainment behemoth that it is today? Are you even old enough to remember those dark days? When people wanted to watch a movie, they had to go to an awful store called Blockbuster and browse the aisles in search of something decent to watch on DVD or, dare I say, VHS tape. Then they had to line up like animals and overpay to rent each movie for just a couple of days. Then, when they inevitably forgot to drive all the way back to the store to return their movies on time, they had to pay late fees on top of what they had already paid to rent the movies in the first place. Dark days indeed.

These days when you want to watch a movie or show, all you have to do is fire up Netflix on your TV, video game console, computer, tablet, or smartphone. You instantly have thousands upon thousands of films, series, and specials to choose from. It’s fantastic, but it can also be a double-edged sword. Sometimes there are just too many choices, and Netflix’s own recommendations always seem to skew toward new Netflix originals as opposed to movies and shows based on your watch history.
