Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End review: Blurring the lines between game and film
Better than the previous three games combined
This isn’t how I wanted to begin this review, but I think it’s important to get it out of the way as quickly as possible: the Uncharted series has never done much for me.
I’ve been in awe of the visuals and appreciated the storytelling chops of the writers, but the action on screen was so often at odds with the plot that I could never really find a foothold into the world that Naughty Dog had created.
Although it has its fair share of contradictions as well, Uncharted 4 is the first game in the series that has really hooked me, and now I’m finally starting to see what I imagine everyone else saw when Uncharted hit the PS3 in 2007.

Tesla has already blown its Model 3 production deadline
Tesla received a record number of preorders for the affordable Model 3 electric car, but buyers will have to wait more than a year to get their hands on it. Tesla recently said that preorder numbers reached the 400,000 units mark, yet the company will produce less than 90,000 total Tesla cars this year.
Tesla’s CEO Elon Musk said on Wednesday during the company’s earnings call that Tesla will likely miss the first Model 3 production deadline. The statement came just minutes after Musk set the deadline.

LAPD can also unlock iPhones without Apple’s help
It’s not just the FBI that has the technical ability to unlock password-protected iPhones without triggering kill-switch mechanisms – all without any help from Apple. LAPD can also hack into certain iPhones. The FBI cracked the San Bernardino iPhone 5c, and the LAPD hacked an iPhone 5s belonging to the wife of The Shield actor Michael Jace. In both cases, expertise from forensic experts was used.

In this MMO, your character actually ages and dies
Realism versus fun is a very difficult balance for a game developer to strike. As technology improves, gamers want to see lifelike environments, impressive physics engines and animations on par with the best that Pixar has to offer.
But they also want to be able to get shot 700 times over the course of a 6 hour campaign and somehow only die two or three times. It’s a dilemma, to say the least, which is why we often don’t feel the stakes of the story.
So what’s one surefire way to get players to make the most of their decisions in a game? Give them a death sentence.
