Slowly but surely, details about Apple’s next major update for iOS have been trickling out in recent weeks. Thanks to a major leak, we’ve learned that iOS 14 will be packed with new features and changes, such as handwriting recognition, a list view for apps, and a fitness app made by Apple. iOS 14 has also seemingly confirmed a variety of new devices, including the iPhone 9, AirTags, a pair of premium headphones, and even a notch-less iPhone.

But the leaks haven’t stopped yet, as 9to5Mac reported on Wednesday that yet another interesting change has been uncovered in an early build of iOS 14. Apple is said to be testing several upgrades for iCloud Keychain on its updated operating system. iCloud Keychain is a feature available on iOS and macOS that stores passwords and credit cards for those who choose to use it. It lags behind other password apps, but that may change soon.

• Dozens of young spring breakers have the novel coronavirus after heading to Mexico despite advice from health and government officials to avoid such trips.

A group of spring breakers from Austin, Texas, returned to the state and brought a whole bunch of infectious diseases with them. As The Hill reports, the Austin Public Health Department confirmed that roughly 70 20-somethings took an ill-advised trip to Mexico to celebrate Spring Break in Cabo San Lucas, and now nearly half of them have tested positive for the novel coronavirus that is sweeping the nation.

Health officials and government agencies have advised avoiding all travel for several weeks now, and students across the United States were urged to pause or cancel their Spring Break plans out of an abundance of caution. Many did just that, but others decided to roll the dice, and now they and their loved ones are paying the price.

When I wrote the March 2020 edition of this feature, I had no idea that just days later, we would all be stuck inside for weeks or even months on end, desperate for something to do as we all ride out the novel coronavirus pandemic. The good news is that streaming services like Netflix have been keeping us occupied in the meantime, as we’ve all been catching up on our favorite shows and freaking out about Tiger King.

Sadly, there’s no second season of Tiger King to entertain us this month, but there are several notable additions to the Netflix library this month. For example, all six seasons of the beloved NBC sitcom Community are coming to the streaming service on Wednesday, April 1st. For years, Hulu was the only place to legally watch Community, but now Netflix subscribers can join in on the fun as well. Even the Yahoo! Screen season is included.

That’s why doctors are trying a garden variety of medicines that are commonly used to treat everything from HIV, malaria, and heart disease to erectile dysfunction. A drug created to treat Ebola also showed promise, but there’s no universal therapy to deal with the novel coronavirus infection right now. That might change in the not too distant future, as researchers from China have identified antibodies that produce an “extremely effective” response at blocking SARS-CoV-2 from entering cells. These antibodies might be used in the future to create drugs meant to treat COVID-19.
