There’s nothing better than a Boston townie who completely lives up to every stereotype. Bostonian Michael Bergin went fishing last week when he spotted a large sun fish off the side of his boat. He proceeded to completely lose his mind about the creature and he referred to it alternatively as a “giant turtle,” a “baby whale,” a “tuna,” a “floundah” and, finally, a “monstah.” He also can’t seem to decide whether he wants to help the fish (“It needs help, dude, whatever it is, it’s dying!”) or to kill it (“We can get some big money from that if it’s a f—ing fish, man… let’s f—ing hook that s— and we’ll be on the f—ing news, man!”)

Following widespread outrage, drug CEO will make AIDS pill more affordable

%name Following widespread outrage, drug CEO will make AIDS pill more affordable by Authcom, Nova Scotia\s Internet and Computing Solutions Provider in Kentville, Annapolis Valley

Following widespread condemnation, Turing Pharmaceuticals CEO Martin Shkreli on Tuesday night announced that he would make the AIDS drug Daraprim more affordable than the originally planned $750 per pill price point that elicited so much outrage earlier this week.

“There were mistakes made with respect to helping people understand why we took this action,” Shkreli told NBC News. “I think that it makes sense to lower the price in response to the anger that was felt by people.”

While Shkreli hasn’t yet disclosed what the new price will be, he said that a final decision will be made sometime in the next few weeks. Now given some of the information that’s come to light about Shkreli’s previous antics, one can only hope that he isn’t simply trying to bide his time in the hopes that the story will blow over, only to announce a negligible reduction in price once the fast-moving news cycle has moved on to other issues.

If you haven’t noticed from our frequent postings about them, we find odd airplane landings to be completely fascinating. It’s a terrifying kind of thrill, seeing a pilot safely land a plane in spite of inclement weather or faulty equipment, but nothing gets the blood rushing quite like an unplanned landing in the middle of traffic.

The first iPhone 6s reviews agree that this year’s iPhone is much better than last year’s model, even if it’s just an “S” generation. Though it kept the same design for one more year, Apple made several improvements under the hood – it actually also changed the hood, making both the metal shell and front glass panel more resistant to breaks. In fact, when looking at the differences between the various iPhone models and their corresponding S variations, we concluded that the iPhone 6s is the biggest “S” upgrade in Apple’s history.

The following images will succinctly illustrate that this is indeed the case.
