Laugh if you want, but people are loving Apple’s new Pencil stylus
I’m sure you’ve all heard the news by now; Apple’s new iPad Pro comes with a stylus. Actually, excuse me, it comes with a “3-axis, pressure-sensitive” digital writing utensil that Apple is calling the Apple Pencil. Of course, given Steve Jobs’ famous remarks about a stylus, it’s certainly easy to let the jokes fly and poke fun at Apple for releasing a device they previously mocked.
But once we get past all of that, Apple has seemingly delivered a stylus that, dare we say, people seem to really think is an incredible accessory. While we’ll have to wait until the iPad Pro launches in November before we get a full grasp on how useful it is, the initial impressions of the $99 accessory have been overwhelmingly positive.

Apple’s brand new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus won’t launch for another two weeks, but you can pretend you already have one of Apple’s hot new smartphones right now. Sort of. Following Apple’s huge press conference earlier this week, the company released the latest versions of its iOS software — iOS 9 GM and iOS 9.1 beta 1.
As expected, the new iOS builds have been thoroughly picked apart, and in the process, all of the new wallpapers have been made available for download. Unfortunately, however, you’re not going to want to use Apple’s sleek new motion backgrounds just yet.

iPad Pro vs. MacBook Pro: Can Apple’s huge tablet replace your laptop for good?
After years of rumors and lofty expectations, Apple has finally unveiled a tablet that could rival its own line of laptops. The iPad Pro comes equipped with an enormous 12.9-inch Retina display and a 64-bit A9X chip that Apple says is 1.8 times as powerful as the A8X, but we want to know whether or not it can kill the MacBook.

A key iPhone 6s feature offers a tantalizing potential clue about the iPhone 7
Like any iPhone generation before it, the iPhone 6s has one trademark feature that sets it apart from anything Apple did before. How to stop Windows 10 from automatically downloading itself on to your computer
Although the numerous privacy issues that have cropped up since Windows 10 launched two months ago are indeed worrying, there is nothing quite as annoying as receiving the upgraded operating system before you’re ready for it.
That’s right, Microsoft is automatically downloading the new OS to Windows 7 and Windows 8 computers, regardless of whether or not the users reserved it. That’s all well and good if you want Windows 10, but it’s an enormous waste of space otherwise.
